Miral Kilo, a Kurdish film director, screenwriter, and artist, was born in 1989 in Amouda/Rojava(Syrian Kurdistan). Early on, he pursued drawing, photography, design, and poetry, gaining experience across various creative fields. In 2013, he produced his first short film, “Come Back”; After moving to Germany in 2015, Miral studied digital filmmaking at a private film institute for two years. Since 2023, he has been studying directing at the Film Universität Babelsberg KONRAD WOLF.
